Refund policy

If you're unsatisfied within 30 days of purchase, you can request a full refund. After 30 days, we'll apply the full value of your course toward any other course in our catalog. Refunds or transfers are only available if less than 20% of the course content has been completed.

Please note: If you request and receive the downloadable PDF version of a course, all sales become final. Because the PDF provides permanent access to the course content, no refunds, transfers, or exchanges are available once the PDF has been provided.
